All I can see is that you have bought a domain, not hosting. you can reach your domain control panel from the menu at the main site, or follow the link:

you can forward your domain to another web address from the mentioned control panel.

i've heard the other responses. i'm personally not too sure. i think it also depends on how your removed the software. did you just delete the folder or did you uninstall it? if you just removed the one folder, that wont uninstall the software. you have to delete your database...so you would have to go in to mysql and delete that manually as well. THEN delete the folder. this could be the problem. if not....blah

You should probably switch to using the xml-api

You can call the Api1 Function : fullbackup
It takes arguments in this order:


$dest (homedir, ftp, scp or passiveftp)
$server (remote server)
$user (remote server username)
$pass (remote server password)
$email (email to send report to)
$port (remote server protocol)
$rdir (remote server directory)
